Phushi Fur was started for the lop breed bunnies and Fur City has always been associated with the Mini Rexes. We, together but separately manage these beautiful bunnies for our selves in Colorado.
We breed our rabbits for health, personality, fur quality and composition in that order. We acquire champion blood lines as often as we can so your beloved pet has show quality fur and correct breed type.
Among all the farm animals, we loved the bunnies the best. We spent our childhoods in 4H. When my children where old enough to start 4H in 2014, I found them a pair of Mini Rexes which was the beginning of their Fur City Rabbitry. In 2021 the family qualified as Mini Plush Lop breeders. We brought 2 bucks and 2 does to Colorado from Michigan. We love the Mini Plush lop personalities! This breed really is the friendliest and they have that beautiful Rex fur!
Our rabbits live in bunny houses. Each of our set-ups are the same. We all share one website. They have heat in the winter and cooling in the summer. They have the best watering systems that provides a continuous supply of fresh water. As well as the best food, treats, fresh greens, chew toys, jump ups, cameras, exhaust fans, windows and feet protectors.
The Summer of 2024, The family brought home Teddy Widders. This breed has angora wool. They are very sweet and patient. It is cuteness overload with the Teddy Widders!
