Some sources say not to bath your rabbit.  We bath our rabbits.  We put an inch or two of warm water in the tub or sink and let them hop in it and put our hand over them so they don’t try to hop out. A little bit of dish soap on their bottom is fine if they need it.  You only need to bathe when they are dirty and only wash their bottoms.  Rabbits are very clean and clean their fur every day. We don’t get the whole rabbit wet unless they are having heat stroke (thankfully that never happened).  We also clean the scent gland (a tiny pouch) next to the gentiles with a moist q tip.
